“The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers.”

1 Peter 3:12 (NLT)

Alfred Lord Tennyson said, “More things are wrought by prayer than this world dreams of.”

Psalm 84:11 tells us, “No good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.” God is always there waiting to hear from us.

Everyone knows about sending messages by E-Mail and most people can do this, but have you ever thought of prayer as sending messages by Knee-Mail?  Not everyone has a computer for E-Mail, but we all have knees for Knee-Mail.  Psalm 95:6 (KJV) says, “Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.”

We need to be in contact with God every day. There are so many things to talk about: repentance, guidance, thanksgiving, praise, requests and intercession, and God wants to receive our Knee-Mail.

The Bible tells us that Daniel knelt upon his knees and prayed three times a day, giving thanks to his God (Daniel 6:10). Philippians 2:10 says, “At the name of Jesus every knee should bow.” And, speaking prophetically, that one day every knee will bow (Isaiah 45:23; Romans 14:11). E-Mail will be gone, but Knee-Mail will never end.

Let’s make sure we spend much more time on Knee-Mail than we do on E-Mail. “And pray for each other so that you (we) can live together whole and healed. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with.” (James 5:16 MSG).

Thank you so much, Father, for Knee-Mail. Please hasten the day of Christ’s return when every knee will bow.
