Christmas Gift Suggestions

“…And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
Acts 20.35 (NKJV)

At this time of the year as people rush around buying last minute Christmas gifts, pause for a moment and think of what you have, what you want and what you really need.  You don’t have to be rich or to impoverish yourself and go into debt to give the very best gifts of all:

To your enemy, forgiveness.

To an opponent, tolerance.

To a friend, your heart.

To all, charity.

To every child, a good example.

To yourself, respect.

To your family, love.

To your neighbour, love.

And remember to accept God’s gift of love to you.

Prayer
Father, help us to give to the best of our ability so we properly reflect your love for us individually, and all humanity, in all our relationships.
Amen
